Goair — baggage service

The baggage crew broke my bag and talked to me very rudely, the head of the baggage service, he was like really rude and said that it was already broken, and then the crew guys came to me and asked me to sign on the sheet, which supposedly meant that i acknowledge that they have informed me that the bag was broken by the airlines and it was their fault (Which is not the truth), but it meant that i acknowledge that the bag was already broken, i want refund, otherwise, i am gonna go to consumer forum. Mind it.

Resolution - a full refund of the cost of the bag.
Photos - the goair crew already has so many pics. The bag is of no use to me now. :|
