GoAir — Cancellation of ticket during lockdown

My pnr M8Y8RZ.
I have booked ticket for traveling dxb to cnn.
Due to lockdown flight cancelled.I have cancelled my ticket but I didn't get refund till now.Somany times I called customer care every time they are saying you will get within 7 days.
