GoAir — Charged twice and didn't refund 1 charge despite promising

I was charged Rs.4400 for extra baggage on the 5th Sept with PNR CF5FGE by GoAir at Mumbai Airport. The problem here is I was charged twice for Rs.4400 as the first time swipe on the machine said "Time Out" and hence I was charged for the 2nd time despite the money being debited the first time too. Now I am left with 2 charges for of Rs.4400 each for the same transaction of extra baggage.
I have sent several emails and called GoAir customer service multiple times and now I am exhausted and appalled by their customer service response.
On the 8th Sept 2022, [protected]@flygofirst.com sent me an email stating they are refunding my 1 charge of Rs.4400 and I shall receive it in 7-10 business days but nothing yet!
PLEASE HELP! A FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!
