GoAir — complaint against the harsh behaviour of staff | |
Really have never seen such disgusting attitude of goair staff at airport. My flight no was g8 101 at 5.45am today. I reached airport at 4.15 am. Was standing in line n long queue was there. I was so worried coz of time n queue n by the time i reached counter d the guy said ur counter is c for kolkata n closed now. It was 5.05 am n u rchd c counter there the lady was so confused n said sorry ma'am m busy wid the other lady n the guy sitting on counter said now counter closed. I was so angry n said it's 5.10 am hw can u close the counter. I begged it's urgent n hve sprain leg so do something. He didn't listen. I missed my flight coz of harsh behaviour of them. Then went to information counter they said no chance sorry. Written a complaint at trm office... He said sorry what's that sorry disgusting people. We book tickets n pay so their business goin on. I hve to book fr another by giving extra n i know it's a business fr them. Pls i want action soon against this misbehaving staff n trm officers who said sorry coz of bad weather they didn't sms or sent mail to passengers. Atleast there should be announcement frm the staff bout the counter n destination as all flights written on all boards of goair. Time money n so much harassment coz of staff at t2.
