GoAir — confirmation msg is not come

My name is abhinand r l. I booked flight ticket using phone pay on 23dec 2018 for my friend name jijith r from leh to delhi on the date 22 march 2019. Not yet the confirmation msg is not come. But 1715 rs is debited from my account. I call customer care. And i got reply from customer care is that there is no booking is on that name jijith r. My money is debited.
