GoAir — customer refund

I had booked a ticket from bangkok to delhi on 23 rd feb in the name of mukul satija and sonam gupta through a agent. Pnr no i934ww.
I had to cancel it due to the risk on coronavirus. My agent had still not recieved the refund. It's been 15 days
I have been trying to call customer care but no one picks up the call
I am really frustrated

I had a booking thru Make my trip for 1st April 2020 mumbai Delhi of GoAir flight which was cancelled due to Pandemic. Still no refund has Been processed. PNR D4VIKS.

Goair not refunding my money for the flight cancelled by airline on 22nd November from chandigarh to Srinagar.
Flight no G8 911, at 15 : 00.
My PNR number is YFHY7E.
