GoAir — dirty and stinking seat | |
I am on board go air flight g8 702 from jaipur to kolkata. My seat 4a was dirty, spilled with food, side wall was spilled with chai or cold drink. Floor carpet is sticky and damp. And everything is stinking! Though with assistance it's partially cleaned. Apart from the discomfort of shifting place to place to complain and wait for the cleaning of the seat it's totally disappointing and uncalled for prestigious airlines like yours. I have booked a ticket on 02 aug from lucknow to Delhi and made payment from my account money has been debited but go air status showed decline. And now they are saying flight has been cancelled they have not received money u call PAytm. What should I do
