GoAir — fare charge | |
I have booked 3 tickets of GoAir flight from Goa to Mumbai through yatra.com portal. As per the fare details provided by the yatra.com the total fare collected by yatra.com on behalf of airline for 3 passengers is Rs11808/-. inclusive of and fees & Surcharges (inclusive of taxes) is Rs 2459.99. However the Itinerary retrieved from Airlines site shows the Taxes & Fees is Rs 1860/- and have hidden the base fare by showing it as 'XXXX'. On contacting the Customer care number, they informed that the fare cannot be disclosed because of confidentiality clause. This is giving chance to the agents to cheat the customer who are actually paying for the service. Also it deny the right of common people, whether they are charged correctly and the exact amount of taxes deducted and paid to the Govt. Was this information helpful? | |
