Goair — flight cancellation sms and no further response

18th dec ticket
I got an sms telling that my flight got cancelled. When i called back they told me some options, which i was not satisfied and they promised to call back in 24 hrs.
I never got call back and again when calling customer care, the line is engaged for more that 2 hrs.
Now the go air website still shows that flight is not cancelled, but i am not sure how to proceed. I spend more than 2 hrs on phone and still cant reach customer care.
