GoAir — flight cancelled-refund not received issue | |||||
I has booked ticket on GO Airlines Flight No:G8 656 & G8 659 for travelling date of 16th March 2018 from Chennai to Kochi. The flight was cancelled due to some reasons. I has traveled by different airlines on that day. Till now I haven't recieved my ticket money. I mailed to customer service of Go Air. No reply. still now I haven't receive. I need grateful on this issue within 2 days else I am going to lodge a complaint against Go Air airlines . Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have cancelled my ticket bearing PNR : KC4C2H. On the refund status at GO AIR website, it is showing that refund of Rs. 2148-/ is approved. But there is no reflection in my bank account yet. Kindly look upon this issue.
