GoAir — full refund due to medical emergency in go air | |||||
I have written to [protected]@goair.in, refunds goair, [protected]@goair.in to initiate the full refund of the pnr g3c9kf. I shared medical reports, passport scanned copy and birth certificate of my child. Its been 2 weeks and i have not received any reply (Except auto generated acknowledgments) from their end stating the status of the request. How long refund team takes to verify the documents. It is very very frustrating, there is no customer care support who can help me to know the status of the request (G[protected], g[protected], g[protected], g[protected].
