GoAir — gadget stolen and rucksack damaged

Dear team,

This is to inform you that i suvradeep ghosh was travelling from ccu (Kolkata) to del (Delhi) on 19/04/2019 @ 23:00 by goair g8-106 pnr no. W5n4ns. When i checked in my ruckshak at kolkata airport everything was perfect and in place but at delhi airport when i collected my bag i found out my boat rugby bluetooth speaker got stolen from the upper section of my rucksack and the waist belt was completely torned. This is not at all appreciated. I was going for hiking and if this kind of service i face from an aviation company after paying a hell lot of money for the tickets whats the use travelling with it. The concerned person didn't thought before doing this that someone's hiking trip can get cancelled for this or does goair take this kind of things very lightly. Kindly look into the matter and make sure i get my stuff back with a proper explanation. Bcoz i know pretty well that the airport authority has got cctv everywhere and if they want they can do proper scrutiny and get my stuff back taking proper action on the concerned person so that he dont do such things further. Kindly look after it so that i dont have to do any further escalation.

Nobody sees your ticket, your bag tag at this site.

It is impossible and nobody has a duty

- to verify the conditions of 1 or more invisible ticket and bag tag,

- to conclude about the conditions of indefinite PNR or BAG TAG receipt

So, if the author seeks the monetory solution, kindly

1. Introduce yourself by provideing the full name, address, contact

2. Attach the ticket or bag tag, PIR number - a document which issue by the agent after your 1st complaint at the air port.

3. Specify the exact question in figures, if you know it,

4. Submit the complaint the authority according to the rules of the complaining procedure or,
if you do not, alternatively,
you can request the assitance of the legal adviser for the fee.
