GoAir — goair-the trashiest service provider | |
I had booked ticket for one of my relative and she was travelling alone. She had two suit cases with her, one big and one medium sized. While travelling with other service providers, we had used medium sized suit case as hand baggage but at GoAir counter, Mr Jithin M, the rude GoAir staff, told my relative that she has to put both the suit cases in check in luggage and has to pay for additional luggage weight. Our relative panicked as Jithin was asking her to pay for additional 11 kgs which means she had to pay 4400 for no reason. She called me and told the whole story, luckily I was waiting outside the airport with my wife and we ran to buy a new back pack and gave to it to our relative. Shr shifted her stuff into the back pack and because of all this hassle, she got late and then GoAir staff didn't let her board the flight as a result she missed her flight and our money went in vain. Later we booked ticket with Vistaara at the airport itself and the same medium sized suit case was allowed as cabin luggage. This is how GoAir is trying to make money and their staff is useless shameless. These people shd learn from IndiGo and Vistaara. Shame on u GoAir. Was this information helpful? | |
