[Resolved]  GoAir — haven't received the refund for the tickets cancelled from their end

I booked to fly with goair from delhi to ranchi on 18th of march. Due to covid19 issues, the flight for the day stood cancelled. When being called by the customers service executive, i opted to receive the refund which according to them, should have reflected in my account within 5 days of the date of cancellation. But i haven't received my money back. The customer service remains unreachable and i need money for these hard times. The ticket amount being 5600+
