GoAir — how to re- book my ticket as I got the sms that my ticket has cancelled

I booked flight ticket from hyderabad to delhi for date 06-March- 2020. I Want to re-book my flight ticket on same date or previous date of journey.
Please let me know how to re-book my flight ticket if I got the SMS & email that my ticket has cancelled.
No Call is responding by GoAir customer care as I tried many times..
Please help to resolve my complain.
