GoAir — I am complaining about my refund of my cancelation tickets

I booked ticket your airlines muscut to Mumbai and Mumbai to muscut with pnr no T98VXZ and S9CEQJ but due to pandemic it will cancel but still my refund is not received please refund it and give clarifycation .
