Im a frequent flyer but this is not the first time i have experienced such a pathetic service on flight. So i got this middle seat on the third row. Two guys were sitting next to me. Front two rows were empty so i requested the crew to kindly change my seat. On which she said we are full and we can't give you first two rows as they are for people who have upgraded. I said i m ready to pay extra on which she said now nothing can happen we can't give you front seats. Six seats were empty but they didn't allow. I mean seriously if the customer is not comfortable and you have vacant seats still you won't help your customers.
Second incidence happened with my meal.in my ticket it was mentioned non veg meal and coke. When i asked for the coke crew said in your boarding pass it's not mentioned hence we can only provide you with either coffee or tea or juice (Maaza of 10rs). When i said my tickets mentioned that she said coke would be chargeable. Tell me one thing without ticket can i get my boarding pass? N when my ticket has mentioned that i have all the rights to get the coke. I'll be complaining the same thing to consumer court. You are just making fool of your customers. For extra money you are saying that boarding pass doesn't have coke while ticket has. Please make some sense for making fool of your customers. Was this information helpful? |
