GoAir — lost baggage at pune

Lost one bag containing valuables in go air coming on g8 241 from bangalore to pune on 7th dec 2018. There was a bag handler who came after we boarded the go air flight in bengaluru asking to show our boarding pass and baggage tags. We asked if there is a problem he said all is fine. After arriving at pune the bag wasnt there. Despite lodging the complaint and tracking no traces and no feedback. We have to keep calling. Till this morning of 8th dec 2018 no traces. What a horrible system. This means in any indian airports if bags are lost they can not be traced? Indian airlines have to leran otherwise a day come when go air loose its reputation.
