GoAir — misbehaviour by go air executives. passenger harassment | |||
Dear sir/maam, This is to bring to your kind notice that Me and my friend were travelling to Bangalore from Ahmedabad airport via GO AIR flight G8 804. I am a regular Indigo loyal customer but due to some unavoidable circumstances, I had to unluckily book a Go Air flight. I still regret it. I live in Gandhinagar and reached Ahmedabad Airport by 8.45 PM. Please find attached the details about the extremely unprofessional and rude behaviour by your employees which is not expected from an airlines of such repute and class. 1. When I went to the counter, the executive told me that the counter is closed. Her tone and her attitude was beyond rude. 2. I pleaded and requested with her to just try once so that we can get into the flight but she laughed and mocked us and behaved very rudely. 3. Also, she mockingly told us in Gujarati (Ye bar bar please please bolke mera aur baki passengers ka time waste mat karo. I will not do anything to help you. ) 4. When I told her that please make us speak to someone senior, she mentioned that I am the boss here and was very harsh. She refused to listen to her and closed her ears by keeping her hands and started laughing. All the other executives And other passengers were also feeling embarrassed by her attitude. 5. We both were in tears and begging for help as we were female travellers and travelling alone but she was very very rude and impolite. 6. After that we went to some senior manager and he helped us after much pleading by booking another connected flight. We were rebooked on another flight via mumbai which took me 8 hrs to reach Bangalore instead of 2 hrs. 7. Also, when one of the GO AIR male executive was trying to help me by consoling me, the female executive mentioned above mocked him and made fun of him by saying again in Gujarati (If you are so much concerned about this girl then go and drop her to bangalore. If you care so much about her, i will book your ticket also to Bangalore. ). Being a married woman, it was very insulting for me. 8. Later, when we checked the departure time of our flight on which we were supposed to travel, that flight departed at 22.15 as per the attached screenshot. But inspite of coming 1.5 hrs earlier she did not let us in the flight. I am never again going to travel by GO AIR and also will suggest my near and dear to do the same. Also i am planning to post this on social media because I was completely harassed and tortured by her pathetic attitude and unhelpful behaviour which was very insulting and demeaning. She was a sadist lauughing at our helplessness and her power in a country like India where customer is god. This is my sincere request to you sir to please help me in this matter and call me once for further clarification for the mental pain I have suffered by her attitude. Hoping for some compensatory action from you.
