GoAir — misleading the passenger by your staff

I have booked air ticket of go air for the date 08/09/2017 (Pnr no b6spjw, mumbai to lko). I reached airport at 2:00today and joined the queue at 2:15. When i reported at the counter your staff said that boarding pass has been closed.
We immediately closed that ticket through easemytrips.com. Now i again go to counter and requested for another flight, staff said plz pay 9750 rs we will convert your flight for 09/09/2017. We paid same amount. When i inquired from go air for said ticket which was provided by your staff after submitting 9750 rs he said your ticket has already cancelled. If ticket was already cancelled why your staff provide new ticket. I request you please refund 9750 rs because when ticket was cancelled why u take that amount and provide null and void ticket.
