GoAir — misplacement of baggage | |||
This complaint is regarding one of the baggages being misplaced on airport in mumbai while traveling with go air, as they combined the luggages of two airlines which resulted in one of the big trolley bags going missing and nobody at the airport had a quick view or action of whatever had happened. This loss is absolutely unbearable, as there was a lot of valuable stuff in the bag. Was this information helpful? | |||

Your complaint is unclear totaly.
- no passenger bag tag attached,
- description what happened with the posible luggage
- description when and where the loss of lugguge took place.
After filing the nesesary dat, the passenger is entitle dto submit the complaint not later than in 21 days following the flight arrival to the issuaning or participating air carrier.
If the air carrier falied to deliver the missing luggege to the door of the passenger, which is stated in the complaint, within 21 days follwing the rceipt of the complaint,
the action against such air carrier can brought in any District Court of the State of India,
if the passenger hired the legal professional for fee (from 4000 rupees for Indian courts).
