GoAir — missing documents from baggage | |||||
I am writing this mail to bring you the notice of incident happened with my father during the flight g8 / 803, from bangalore to ahmedabad dated 4th december 2018 at 18.20. My pnr number was:u7917z, seat number 30f. My father was travelling in this flight and by mistakes he keep power bank in his luggage bag, he has check in before 3 hr of boarding time, in this time he didn’t get any call, messages or alerts from goair staff, but while he sit on plain he got call from duty staff from json (+91-[protected]) about power bank is found from bag and they are keep the bag in airport. After my father was reach out to destination (Ahmedabad) he reach out to goair staff and start the process for getting bag and sign papers, bag has lock so my father has also give the permission in written to break lock and get rid power bank from bang and send bag in next flight. When i received my bag i see many items are missing from there is one file which contains important documents and papers. I request to you please help me to get this documents and file. The folder colour is yellow and that i have missing. I call again to json he told me hat pratik knows about this he give me no ([protected]) but he is not replaying.
