GoAir — Money 12030 still not refunded. | |||||
Pl. refer my complaint dt. 25.3.2017. My money Rs.12030 is not refunded till date. This payment has gone to you through GoAir gateway, for booking 3 tkts, Lko- Mum for 17 June. Money deducted but tkt not issued. Whosoever is responsible to resolve the issue, pl. do it. You are Airline business person, not cheater. But your approach is very very POOR, as far matter is for resolving the issue. May be the person is on LONG LEAVE who will take decision to resolve the issue. Pl. have right and positive approach. I hv a ticket G8-153 flight (pan AACCG2599K) on 22/04/2017. I arrived on 1:35 p.m, bt I m nt allowed to check in.I hv a exam on next day which I will not able to appear dur to this inconvenience. I sincerely Requested Go-air official for making me exception. he did nt listen n throw me out of the room.please refund my ticket Fare.
