I booked 2 tickets from CCU to DEL to board on 30th April, 2020. But unfortunately due to pandemic that occurred we have to cancel our ticket and we won't be opting for rescheduling. Kindly look into the matter as the tickets did cost us Rs. 5948 which is our hard earned money and not a joke. We tried to contact GoAir several times but neither they are taking any calls nor reverting back. This is a case of serious fraudulent activity and I want you people to take serious action against them. Just imagine we are one customer and they might be doing this with hundreds and thousands of other customers as well.

City of the company(GoAir) is Mumbai and not Hooghly.

Updated by ShobhaMukherjee95 No update from Goair. They are doing fraud to customer. You should do FIR against Goair as a SCAM and provide me the update ASAP.

The issue has not yet been resolved.
