[Resolved]  GoAir — no response for cancellation

Dear sir,

I received mail and message about cancellation of flight by your side against my booking. Also informed to call toll free number within 24 hours for reschedule or cancel. I am trying to contact that number but no one attending calls till now. Please cancel that booking and refund full amount to my account as promised by you in mail. Screenshot attached. I mailed you regarding this on 13.03.2020 and your service request number was g[protected]. Kindly take immediate action for this.

No one called till now and no response for mails.My refund is still pending.I understood the covid situation.But why you marked the complaint as solved?Worst customer service I ever had.
