GoAir — paid seat issue

I booked myself between blr & ngp on 22, feb by g8 812.
I paid extra for a reclining emergency exit and took seat 13f.
This seat was non functioning, it's reclining facility was broken and i had a horrible time because of the malfunction.
Apart from this the flight was delayed 3 hours and took off at 1am.
A horrible experience throughout the late night with no reclining facility has got me into back pain issues.
I would like to have a refund of my money as the facility charged for was not provided in the aircraft.
