i had travelled by go first air from ahmedabad to kochi with my family. at the luggage arrival belt at kochi when i have received my three checkin bag. one bag was damaged ( zip lock broken, one handle broken, one handle is loosed and unable to carry vag)received by me at airport. i have reported this incident
to go air lady offecer at kochi air port. she has checck my bag and firstly offer me 1000 rs to me. i was ready to take amount because i have to hurry for my next journey. then she called on phone to some one and denied to give cash money. also did not register my complaint as well. so i have told her that i will register complain by my self. and she said to me so as well. i was really very upset for that kind of go air staff behaviouudor. also my bag was broken and go air did not have any responsibility. i m very mentally stressed due to this incident. i want cash compansation of my broken bag. otherwise i will take further action against go air regarding mis guidance, mental agony and broken luggage. my mob no. is [protected].
