GoAir — pnr q2kzql flight cancelled by airline due to bad weather and refund denied completely

This is regarding my booking with goair airliner for flight on[protected] as detailed below:

But not a single penny was refunded

These people are duping their customers with hefty charges in the name of cancellation charges.
As per the notice issued by govt, all airlines need to refund the amount of booking if flight is cancelled by airliner.

Goair is basically duping all o[censored]s and giving non sense replies. Mailing them or calling them is not giving me any sort of explanation, hence this rant.

Pathetic airlines, pathetic service and you guys are just here to make fool of your customers.
