GoAir — pnr rdk msh - misbehaviour from field staff and unupdated system

We planned for a trip to darjeeling and the tickets were booked by oyo
From maa to kolkatta and from kolkatta to bagdogra.

To our surprise, go air did not issue tickets from kolkatta to bagdogra
Stating that there is balance due of 16000 rs to be paid. We called oyo
And got the confirmation that there was no due and reverted to go air and
Finally the manual ticket was issued just before boarding.

This is totally unfair and imagine the mental tension having 2 kids and
Aged parent travelling on flight. Go air has such a pathetic old system
Where the updates have not been reflected even after the payment of the
Dues creating great tension to the passengers. The ground staff at the
Airport were totally irresponsible and did not respond to the situation
Promptly. The call centre guys bluntly said there is due and we had to call
The oyo call centre and get it clarified. We were 2 hours ahead and hence
Soughted the issue over phone. Imagine we arrived just before boarding, we would have missed the flight unnecessarily.

Request you to take this grievance from me seriously as it created panic in the family and we were tensed to the extent of paying the balance amount.
