[Resolved]  GoAir — refund against air ticket booking ref. w6rctc

I have already canceled an air ticket (Pnr : w6rctc) on 19/03/2020. The journey date was 8th apr.2020 (With in country lock down period). The ticket was flexi ticket too against extra cost. The ticket value was rs.4022/-.

During cancellation they mentioned the deduction amount rs.675/- and further mentioned 'balance due' rs.3347/-, but where about the said amount? I should get full amount refund to my same account, where from i paid during booking. By the way, the said ticket was booked by me for my lawyer...

I sent two email with such request, but there is no response from go air lines.

Complain not yet resolved. The air ticket travel date was between Lock down period. So as per lock down norms, I should get full refund of money. I received only partial refund against the cancellation of ticket, As I paid from my credit card, so on demand, I can present my credit card details after cancellation date. Kindly do the needful and oblige me.
GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

complain not yet resolved. I did not get any refund against the cancellation of ticket, When I suppose to get full refund, as travel date was between Lock down period. Even I wrote few time to Goair customer care over email, but they never respond. please do the needful at the earliest.

go air personnel PRETENDING with a reply, " Kindly note, as per DGCA directives, the refund clause only exists for customers who have booked and purchased tickets during the first lockdown period i.e between March 25 and April 14 for their travel between March 25 to 03 May. Further, for bookings made before the mentioned dates a full refund is not permitted."

I replied ..." Please do not try to misguide a customer or do not try to make fool a customer. As per DGCA, tickets within lock down period should be full refund. When my ticket journey date was 8th April, 2020, when full lock down was going on. During lock down did you run the flights !? So please arrange full refund, without harassment.
Further after long drama, you refund me only partially!! Kindly refund balance amount."

Yet I did not get full refund. Received only partial refund against cancellation of air ticket during lock down.

AND I DO NOT KNOW, WHAT IS CAPABILITIES OR SO FOR PERSUASION AGAINST ANY ILLEGAL DEALING BY ANY SELLER/ SERVICE PROVIDER !! CAN YOU HELP FURTHER ?

GOAIR still did not refund my money against the booked air ticket, when journey could not do due to COVID-19 period.
