This is an example of extortion & exploitation of customer in such a
Pandemic times. I booked a ticket from hyderabad to lucknow via delhi
For 21st april 2020, which had to reschedule from 21st april to 11th
May because of lockdown & for this i had to pay an additional fee of
298/-. This ticket was also automatically cancelled because of
Extension of lockdown. Now, go-air says that you may book the tickets
From that reserved amount of ticket in future within an year &
Currently they don’t have any ticket available to book. Moreover, in
Such a pandemic situation, i had lost my job. So, it's not possible
For me to do another costlier ticket or to let this money (2964 + 298
Ie.3262/-) to be held with go-air for future bookings because i know
That within a year it will not be possible for me to travel by air.
So, i request you to please refund my ticket amount so that i can use
It for my necessities in this hard time. Is this a time to enjoy with
The interest earned by the money of innocent passengers?
