GoAir — refund not initiated even after flight cancellation | |||
My flight g8 423 on 13th march from delhi to hyderabad got cancelled due to technical grievances. This problem aside, i called on 15th march to inquire about my refund amount. The customer care executive mentioned that he will initiate the process now and i will get the amount by 7 days. I was furious as i had to call and inform for a refund even though flight got cancelled. The executive informed me that till the time customer himself calls and asks for a refund the amount will be in the care of goair. What a pathetic attempt to extort money from busy customers.
