GoAir — refund not issued. | |||
I had rescheduled a go air flight from 22/08/2017 to 16/08/2017 for my friend anoop tp who was travelling from delhi to banglore. Pnr no. Is rz7iur. For rescheduling, i had to pay rs 6913. I was asked to pay through ivrs mode. I paid the amount but it was conveyed to me that transaction has failed and i'll get back the refund within 3 days. And to complete the booking i was shared a link through which i completed the payment again. So, an amount of rs 6913 has been debited twice from my credit card account. I've been trying to get back refund of rs 6913 from the airlines, but i am disappointed with their service. Customer care no. Gets connected only after trying for 15-20 minutes. I have mailed the concern to their mail id on 9/10/2017 and again on 17/09/2017. And spoke to the customer care 4 times. Every time, they are saying a different thing. Last time i was informed that i'll get revert mail from the id through which i complained. I did not. It has been 8 days since then. Again i called today, 25/10/2017, they are saying it will take another one week. Customer care executives are just buying time. They are not willing to solve the issue. My banker has said, it is two different transaction, hence, it has been billed twice. They are right in saying so because the payment has been made in two different names for same transaction to go air. I am attaching the relevant files. Never avail go air service.
