GoAir — Refund not processed for more than a month. | |||||
On 14/1/2017, I was trying to book 6 tickets from Chennai to Pune. The transaction got cancelled but the amount was debited to my account. I have been continuously following up with GoAir since then, but I have never received any proper response. First I was told that the refund was processed on 16/1/17 then later they said 27/1/17, again they changed the refund date to 3/2/17. They have been continuously dodging my questions & rarely reply to my emails. I have still not received the refund till date (16/2/17). Was this information helpful? | |||||
