GoAir — Refund of air tickets | |||||
We had booked 18 tickets for our company offsite on 26th feb 2017 (Return from delhi to bombay). However, the flight was cancelled by the airline itself (On 24th feb 2017). We had booked the tickets from cleartrip website and have received a refund only from them. We have been charged a cancellation charge of rs. 2, 225/- which is not at all acceptable as the airline had cancelled the flight. Requesting a full refund at the earliest. I would also like to bring it to your notice that goair has caused inconvenience to us in december 2016 when we tried to book tickets from their website. Their website mentioned bank transfer/online payment options with bank details to which we transferred the money but we received an email stating that they received the money but could not accept this mode of payment. They further took 2/3 weeks to transfer the money back to our account even after providing them the bank details on the same day they said it was not acceptable.
