Sir, I have booked 4 tickets from kochi to hyderabad for 28/01/2020. Suddenly this flight was cancelled and a message was received from your end on 22/01/2020 by 14-05 hrs., as "dear smart flyer, warm greetings from"goair". For your pnr a4bb6c on goair flight g8-508 from kochi (Cok) to hyderabad (Hyd) on 28 jan '20 at 22:10 hrs is cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. These changes are due to issues beyond our control. If you wish to avail the option of a full refund or a flight for the same sector on the previous day, same day or next day at no extra charge (Subject to availability), we request you to call us on[protected]/[protected], up to 2 hours prior to departure. Regards, Goair" Immediately, i have replied to you as "pl cancel my tickets of g8-508 which was cancelled by you, and refund the amount ramesh babu bandi" But, till date i have not in receipt of refund amount of my tickets.
