I booked go air g8-262 tickets for mr. Umaballava mohaptra and mrs. Kalpana garabudu from kolkata (Ccu) to bhubaneswar (Bbi); time/date of journey 18:45 22nd march 2018; pnr y7vgtz. I got a telephone call from [protected] that the flight has been cancelled. I made alternative arrangements. I have not received refund of rs. 2, 729.00 neither from go air nor from irctc. I had booked a flight from srinagar to delhi for 30th june today itself by mistake because of some typing error my first name is written as kamlesh instead of Amrish, i called the go air within 5 minutes i came to know about this through my, i want go air to provide me a resolution because your customer care is pathetic PNR :- JIM7VK.
