GoAir — Refund Scam | |||||
Hi this is abhishek Tyagi and on 26th Jan 2017 i booked flight with Goair. At the time of booking the timing of flight was shown 11:25AM but when i was done with making payment to them the flight time was 6:25AM. Immdidately i called the Goair People and informed them about that and told them that i don't need flight at that time and this is what i didnt choose.then they said sir we need to do some modification and modification charges will be approx 3200. which i declined and asked them to cancel the ticket and offer me the refund. I paid 7100 to them out of which they said i only can get Rs. 3866 /-. i realized that i got scammed but even then i asked them to refund what they can. and they said it will take 7 business working days and after which my money will be refunded. but since then it has more than 7 days and nothing has arrived into my account. Again i called these rascals on 9th Feb 2017 and asked the refund then they said i need to write an E-Mail to [protected]@goair.in. Same i did and after few minutes i got an server failure email that the receiver's email address doesn't exist. These peoples are fraud and i request you to please take this issue on priority and help me in fighting against these fruadster. My PNR number was YQSZKG Was this information helpful? | |||||
