GoAir — request for issue of travel certificate

Hi team,

I am writing this to request you to kindly issue a travel certificate on behalf of my journey through your airlines. As i have misplaced the original boarding pass therefore require this certificate to claim my lta allowance in my organization. Please find the details of my journey,
