GoAir — request to full refund for the cancelled flight ticket value

Hi I am Md Hasibul Alam for my wife Most Saleha Khatun, booked a Round Trip GoAir flight ticket on 13/03/2020 to go from Kolkat (CCU) to Bengaluru(BLR) on 22/03/2020 & to return from Bengaluru to (BLR) to Kolkata (CCU) on 26/03/2020. The PNR No.of the ticket is MCZDTA & The return ticket PNR No is also MCZDTA. Her flight was G8-830 & return flight was G8-831. I have received two message regarding cacelling of the flights on 21/03/2020 & 24/03/2020 respectively. I hence want to get full refund for the same i.e cancelled flights.It notable that I have purchased the ticket from Paytm. Booking ID is [protected]
