GoAir — requisition of travel certificate

I request a travel certificate here as a complaint as there is no dashboard or service from goair to provide the same. I have taken a flight from port blair, andaman to chennai on 2, january 2018.
I have lost the boarding passes and require a travel certificate for reimbursement purpose (Lta)
