Yesterdays i had again contacted your customer care and spoken with your representative, she gave me assurance that my issue will be resolved by or before end of the day that is before 1800hrs.

Yet there is no one contacted me nor have relpied my mails.

Pls check my call records for yesterday, as have made it very clear. I was suppose to wait till yesterday evening for my refund confirmation, which has not happen till time.
I need to book my flight tickets from lhe to delhi for the same journey date 6th sep'17, so i am going ahead to book my goair ticket for the same (You can trace the same by my name).

I definitely, would want to see my refund happening in next 2 days, now i will not follow up with you.

Now i am interested to see your speed and actions. I am a leadership facilitator and so conduct many leadership workshop across industries, you can check my profile. I would make a case study out this my expereinec.

I have made 3 contact with your customer team... I was told my issue will be addressed and resolved within 24hr... Its now more then 30 hrs, no action... No call from your side.

I called up now and i get a reply... It will take 72 hrs...

Dear go air team,

This is with ref to my call to your customer care and my booking ref no. I9t5ka

1. I booked ticket for leh to delhi - flt g8194 for 6th sep made the payment of rs. 8, 78.00 got my ticket confirmed took the print
2. Then i went to book my other ticket from delhi to pune - i face a system problem and it was showing me to pay rs. 1710.00, which i felt was not correct.
3. I closed the site and did the fresh booking the system still showed me to pay the same amount of rs. 1710.00 for delhi to pune
4. I closed and did enter the details again and this time also system showed me to pay rs. 1710, i went ahead and did the payment
5. When i checked my both the tickets, the booking ref no. Was same for both the tickets and then i raised this issues with your customer care ref, after speaking with her on length for almost for 20 mins, she gave me feedback that the system have actually modified may leh to del tickets and further booked for delhi to pune
6.in this system confusion and error, my leh to delhi ticket is cancelled / modified and i have been charged rs. 4500 and cancellation / modification charges.
7. I request you to kindly refund me this amount of rs. 4500 and any other amount happened due to this system error, as i can assure you it has not happened from my side by mistake also.
8. Pls confirm me this on priority about my refund, as i still need to do my leh to delhi fresh booking for 6th sep.

I trust someone from your side will revert to me on this at priority and help to resolve this regence
