GoAir — requesting for travel certificate

Sir, Requesting for travel certificate to claim my LTA as I have lost my boarding pass. As there is no provision on go air website to raise a request for travel certificate, i am raising this request as a complaint.
Tiket details are:

I Cancelled GO AIR ticket- ref no-Z86CJJ - Mumbai TO Ranchi Date- 21.1.2018.

I called up mailed also but no one is listening and no replies.

It seems they have taken the full money. cancelled on 17th for travel on 21st.

All these black money they collect and playing with rules.
