[Resolved] GoAir — Useless customer care service
I have been trying for more than 24 hrs to contact customer care but haven't received any positive response so far. This is the worst customer care service and they are of no use. They don't pick up your calls and even if they by any chance they will cut your call in the middle or they might put you on hold for like 10mins " oh depending on how lucky you're ". They have resechule my flight by 1hr 50 mins and bcz of this i won't be able to board my next flight and what they say is " our policy says we can only help you if the rescheduling time is beyond 2hrs" isn't this amazing!? So now i have to # pay another 7-8k to reach my destination what an amazing airlines hats off to goair
