Request everyone not to travel in this wrost airline as they do not care about their customers. I had requested them to waive off the ticket cancellation charges of my wife's ticket due medical emergency.
First off all they do response to mail timely. Secondly they did not waive off my cancellation charges. I was supposed to cancel the ticket for medical reasons. I had also given the doctor's prescription
Based on same prescription spice jet has already waived off my cancellation charges.
Opt for spice jet or other airlines instead of go air.
Go air is unprofessional and worth less airline.
