I have ordered a product on 31st january on gobumpr site and it was promised that the product will be delivered by 4-5 days.
I never received the product. I waited for 10 — 15 days and tried to call them and as they have whats app number i informed them over there but they didn't respond, after few days i mailed them i got a reply telling they will check and let me know the status but they never came back, a week back i again mailed them telling if they don't provide me the status i will raise complaint in consumer court the responded telling they will let me know the status on the same day before eod but its almost a week they didn't come back yet.

Hi. Everyone.. Don't gave your car or bike to #Gobumber service.. Worst people they won't even attend call if you have any complaints regarding your service.. They will assign your vehicle to nearby local shops.. So friends check and gave your vehicle. I lost my vehicle working condition after given to this people..

I have given my Bike service to them after which i got a bill of 5000 rupees stating that some of the parts need to be replaced for which i said yes, after delivery i see that nothing much is done the bike is in same condition in which i gave it to them they have just washed the vehicle form outside and given.

when contacted the customer service there is no proper response from them even after calling them so much they are not at all responding.
