My problem has been going on for a long time. Your team is not able to handle the issue. The problem has been going on for the last 1 year. Rather than solving the issue, your guys are beating around the bush.

Your website doesn't support open source. The same website when we host on another server works smoothly. If you guys cannot resolve the issue, then refund the payment that has been taken from us. Failure to do so will lead us to take further action against your firm for cheating a customer.
