We took a service contract from global service centre for elica hobb and chimney. Before taking the contact the vendor had said that burners had to be changed but after taking the contract for 10000 they said burners need be changed. Its been more than 10 months but our utensils are still getting blackened and burned while cooking.

The vendor is fraud and has not repaired the gas till date.

Updated by monaalways The complaint was filed on Saturday and it's already Wednesday, still the service centre has not responded to the call or even sent a serviceman to look at the stove.
