Godaddy India — help me | |||||
Respected sir/madam, I mr. Abhishek chavan have a complaint against godaddy india site regarding the payment refund. I had made two payments on 3rd july 2017 to godaddy india site amounting rs.4546.63 holding receipt numbers [protected] and [protected] respectively. The entry later showed payment failed but my bank account was debited twice. Neither was my work done, nor had i received any refund. I conveyed this problem to godaddy india executives. They seemed to solve this within a week. One more thing my bank statement shows two debit entries of the above mentioned amounts respectively, but the invoice generated from godaddy india end shows three entries which also includes receipt holding number [protected]. It is being three times i have been continuously contacting godaddy india guys to help me out with this problem but both the executives attending me namely mr. Ravi and ms. Gayathri are just giving me same reply stating the money would be credited to your account within a week. Today it is 19th july 2017, i have not yet received any refund neither any enquiry for resolving my issue from godaddy india end. I have been trusting godaddy india site and have always been a part of godaddy india regular customer, but it gives me extreme disappointment after such an irresponsible response from godaddy india end.
