Godaddy India — Poor Support Service | |||||
After receiving so many calls from Godaddy to buy a Virtual Private Server I agreed and bought. At the time of Sales call they were very polite once I purchased and needed help to configure their behaviour suddenly changed. They started extra pricing for any kind of help in technical support. Every day my website stopped working I don't know why when you go to raise your concern to Godaddy Support team they put your on hold for at least 1 hours and after wasting your hours and hours they will say we can't support in this, you have to do it yourself. I am very disappointed with the Godaddy Support service. Government should fine for this kind of service. Worst Service Ever Face. Was this information helpful? | |||||
